Bishop Armory ("we," "our," or "us") operates Bishop Armory: Zeroing & Gear (the "App"), an Android application for firearms enthusiasts that provides ballistic zeroing calculations, digital armory management, DOPE cards, ammunition tracking, and range bag organization. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to your data.
The short version: this App does not collect, store, transmit, or share your personal information. All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device and never leaves it.
We do not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:
All data you enter into the App — including your armory inventory, DOPE card entries, ammo counts, range bag configurations, and battery reminders — is stored exclusively on your device using standard Android local storage. This data is never transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party.
If you uninstall the App or clear its data through your device settings, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted. We have no ability to recover this data on your behalf.
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase ($4.99 USD) to unlock premium features. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Google Play. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information, billing details, or financial data of any kind.
When you make a purchase, Google Play confirms to the App whether the purchase was completed. We receive only a confirmation token from Google Play — no payment details, card numbers, or personal financial information.
Google Play's privacy practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
The App itself does not require or use an internet connection for any of its core features. Zeroing calculations, armory management, and all other functionality operate entirely offline.
The only network activity that may occur is when you initiate an in-app purchase, at which point your device communicates with Google Play's servers to process the transaction. This communication is handled entirely by the Google Play Billing library and is subject to Google's privacy policy.
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics platforms, advertising networks, crash reporting services, or social media SDKs. The only third-party component used is the Google Play Billing Library, which is required to process in-app purchases through the Google Play Store.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share any user data with third parties — because we do not collect any user data to begin with.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 18 and is intended for adult firearms enthusiasts. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you are under 18, please do not use this App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. Because we do not collect contact information, we cannot notify users of changes directly — please review this policy periodically.
